The first national test of Powtran Technology Inverter
In 2005, PI7000 series, a new generation of high-performance inverter independently developed by Powtran Technology, was successfully developed and tri-produced. After trial and improvement by customers, the basic finalization and series design of general and special type were completed in March (55 specifications of various voltage levels and the maximum power of 630KW).However, national inspection is the real must go through the technical route.
In China, the authoritative designated inspection organization of frequency converter is "national quality supervision and inspection center of electric control and distribution equipment", which is located in tianjin electric drive design and research institute.After contacting Director Zhao of the Technical Management Department of the Institute and signing the inspection contract with Director Liu of the Inspection Center, and submitting the product specification, electrical principle and other documents, one PI7000-220G3 frequency converter was sent to Tianjin as the inspection product in the middle of April (sample number: 2004WDK018).
On April 23, Huang Zhihong and Dong Jianhua, the inspection personnel of our company, arrived in Tianjin to do the preliminary preparation work, such as sample reception, open-box verification and inspection scheme understanding.When the engineers in the inspection center saw our products, they were all surprised, because this is the largest inspection product they had ever seen. Other manufacturers only provide machines with small power below 75KW.Then Li Yushan, who was in charge of the regional market, and Zhao Zong, the chief engineer, also came to Tianjin.
April 25 began the inspection according to the newly promulgated GB12668 "speed electric drive system" standard, inspection is divided into 12, involving "conventional, temperature, vibration, voltage and current, electromagnetic compatibility" and so on.In the inspection site to see the test engineer Qin Lan, Zhang Qing, Shearnley, such as rigorous and standard;For the first time to see different voltage levels of testing, loading test, see commonly known as "braid resistance" and other test equipment and instruments.During the inspection, the leadership of the inspection center also came to the site for guidance.Our staff also put forward suggestions and reference opinions on the inspection methods.
After 3 days of inspection, in addition to the electromagnetic compatibility of "electromagnetic radiation harassment sex and anti-harassment sex test", the rest of the 11 are tested.Due to limited conditions, the test needs to be completed by the cooperation unit of the inspection center "National Car Quality Supervision and Inspection Center".
In this way, on April 28, we followed the inspectors to transport the inspection machine to the inspection center located in China Automotive Technology Center, and put the products in the "electromagnetic compatibility laboratory" to start a more rigorous inspection.When the parameters of the frequency converter are adjusted by our staff, the engineers shoot the transmitted signals to the frequency converter from four directions, and observe the operation state of the frequency converter on the tester in another room. The influence of the transmitted signals on the frequency converter is within the range specified in the standard.Then it is the normal operation of the frequency converter, observe and test the operation of the instrument harassment characteristics, also meet the requirements.The test was successfully completed that day.Take a group photo with the center's inspectors.
On 29th, with the hard efforts of the test engineers and the cooperation of our company's staff, we successfully completed the external inspection mechanism type test of PI7000 high performance inverter, which is the first time that our company's products have been inspected by a national inspection institution.Before May Day, our test staff returned to Dalian with the joy of success and harvest.Very soon received number for "2005 commission inspection 039" thick up to 44 pages of "inspection report" and number for "WT-05-0795-01D0101" of "electromagnetic radiation harassment characteristics and electromagnetic radiation anti-harassment" inspection report.
The subsequent development is that PI7000 series high performance inverter passed the "scientific and technological achievement appraisal" organized by the science and technology department of Liaoning province in that year, was confirmed as the "torch project" project by the national science and technology ministry in 2006, and passed the European Union CE certification in 2008.More importantly, related products based on PI7000 technology platform become the leading products of the company, which are recognized by customers in the market and applied in more fields.
The technical data of the inspection report also provides valuable information for the company to further optimize the design.
